Overview:
The Summit is an invitation only event and includes two Chapter Officers (e.g., Current President and President-elect or President-elect and one additional Chapter Officer) in addition to national board members, leaders, and committees.
It is designed to provide you, as 91传媒制片厂鈥檚 leading volunteers, with opportunities to:
鈥 Develop as a leader听for the association
鈥 Strengthen connections听between national objectives and Chapter activities
鈥 Build trust听and strengthen relationships between volunteers and staff
鈥 Broadly disseminate information听and messages to the volunteer network
鈥 Develop skills听you can use to support your growth as leaders within your organizations
The program will include:
鈥 General Sessions:听Including an update on the 鈥渟tate of the association,鈥 as well as a speaker on leadership, emotional intelligence, or workplace culture.
鈥 Education Sessions:听These focus on association management topics (e.g., use of social media, DEIB programs, advocacy, succession planning, strategic planning, and financial management). Some sessions will be offered twice so as many attendees as possible can participate.
鈥 Meetings:听All boards, national committees, and task forces have an opportunity for an in-person meeting and Chapter Officers will meet as a group.
鈥 Social events:听In addition to an opening reception and other meal events, the event will conclude with a social activity on the second night for those staying over.
We want to ensure all 91传媒制片厂 Chapters can participate; to do so, 91传媒制片厂 will provide two nights lodging and a $500 stipend for travel costs for two people from each Chapter. If your chapter would like to send additional participants, please听contact 91传媒制片厂.
