Overview:

The Summit is an invitation only event and includes two Chapter Leaders in addition to national board members, committees, and 91��ý��Ƭ�� leaders.

It is designed to provide you, as 91��ý��Ƭ��’s leading volunteers, with opportunities to:

• Develop as a leader for the association

• Strengthen connections between national objectives and Chapter activities

• Build trust and strengthen relationships between volunteers and staff

• Broadly disseminate information and messages to the volunteer network

• Develop skills you can use to support your growth as leaders within your organizations

The program will include:

• General Sessions: Including an update on the “state of the association,” as well as a speaker on leadership, emotional intelligence, or workplace culture.

• Education Sessions: These focus on association management topics (e.g., use of social media, DEIB programs, advocacy, succession planning, strategic planning, and financial management). Some sessions will be offered twice so as many attendees as possible can participate.

• Social events: An evening social activity and other meal/networking events.

We want to ensure all 91��ý��Ƭ�� Chapters can participate; to do so, 91��ý��Ƭ�� will reimburse up to $400/pp for two people from each chapter to attend.
